Nicole’s Story

Nicole Francois is a dedicated professional from Haiti with a bachelor’s degree in meteorology earned in France and 15 years of experience working in her field. After relocating to the United States fouryears ago, she continued to build her academic and professional skills while transitioning into the technology sector. Nicole currently serves as a tech support specialist and teacher assistant with C2C, where she applies her strengths in communication, problem-solving, and technical support.

C2C has played a significant role in Nicole’s development, providing essential support in her English language progression, mentorship, and technical training. Through the program, she has gained confidence in professional communication, received guidance that has shaped her career goals, and deepened her knowledge of the technology field. Nicole is now pursuing her A+ certification and remains committed to continuous learning and growth as she builds a strong and impactful career in tech.
